The San Dieguito Union High School District offers a comprehensive benefits program. A flex account is provided to all employees working 20 hours or more in a week. This account is used to purchase your benefit selections. SDUHSD offers several plan choices for you and eligible dependents.
The Flexible Spending Account also includes enrollment in CalPERS or STRS, defined benefit retirement plans. Employees have the option of participating in Section 125 medical and dependent-care reimbursement accounts. You can also choose to participate in tax-sheltered accounts for additional retirement savings.
