Default Printer Setup
Are your print jobs not going to the correct printer, or your printer is not showing up correctly? Please follow these steps to check if you printer default is set correctly.
Click the start button, then go to "Devices and Printers"
Click the start button, then go to "Devices and Printers"
From here you can see a list of printers that are installed. Note the printer with the green check mark on it. That is the "Default printer" where print jobs will automatically go to when you click print in any program.
If it should be a different printer, simply click on the correct printer with the right mouse button, and choose "Set as default printer" Then you may reopen any program and it will automatically print to the one you just selected from then on.
