Social Emotional Resources

It's okay to need a break or some extra support sometimes. These resources are for you!
If you are worried about a friend or need help yourself, go to a trusted adult. On campus, that could be any staff member - like your teacher, a counselor, or a coach.
 

This space was created to serve as a break and to help you find new ways to manage emotions and build your resilience. These resources will hopefully bring you calmness and reset your mind and body when it gets stressful.
Recommended reading and listening for students interested in exploring specific emotional, mental health, and social matters.

Care Solace is a confidential, online resource with a 24/7 live, multilanguage concierge service to find local mental health related programs, counseling and social services.
