If you would like to apply for free school bus transportation, please fill out the following forms and submit them to buspass@sduhsd.net or in person to SDUHSD Transportation Department at 1142 Bonita Drive, Encinitas, CA 92024. Please note that a new application is required for each semester.
Si usted desea aplicar para un pase de autobús escolar gratis, favor de llenar los siguientes formularios y entregarlos a buspass@sduhsd.net o en persona al Departamento de Transportación de SDUHSD en 1142 Bonita Drive, Encinitas, CA 92024. Transportation Department
The Transportation Department workforce is well-organized, highly-trained and dedicated to student safety. Our professional staff works hard to maintain a valued service to our students, school and community. The State of California requires School Bus Drivers to complete an extensive training and licensing program in order to become a certified school bus driver.
The San Dieguito Union High School Transportation Department maintains and operates a fleet of 54 school buses to serve our students' with the highest needs. The fleet operates out of San Dieguito High School Academy. All District buses are tracked by GPS to enhance safety and security. San Dieguito Transportation is home to 36 classified employees; of which, there are 25 licensed School Bus Drivers, 4 Bus Aides and 5 members of the Garage Staff.
