Locker Room Bldg. Modernization
Project Includes: Reconfiguration of Interior Layouts, Upgrades to Interior Finishes, ADA upgrades, Replacement of Lockers, Gender-Neutral Restrooms and Changing/Shower Facilities, Replacement of the Existing Roofing System, Seismic Rehabilitation, Replacement of Storefront Windows/Doors, and Upgrades to the Mechanical, Plumbing, and Electrical Systems.

Baseball & Softball Field Modernization
Project Includes: Upgrades to the softball field to provide equity with the baseball field in accordance with Title IX requirements. Site improvements include ADA path of travel, landscaping, irrigation, drainage, fencing, gates, and related sports infrastructure such as backstops, dugouts, bullpens, batting cages, portable bleachers, and improvements to field event areas for shot put and discus throw, as well as path of travel improvements.
