Carmel Valley Middle School
Carmel Valley Middle School (CVMS) opened in 1999 and currently serves almost 700 students. Our mission is to educate our students to become lifelong learners who will be resourceful, responsible, and compassionate community members. Carmel Valley Middle School focuses on creating a safe, supportive, and positive school culture in order to promote academic rigor and growth for all students. In addition, CVMS also boasts thriving Art, Music, Theater, and STEAM programs. Students feel connected on campus through a variety of activities, like ASB, Student Council, No Place for Hate, and many student clubs. Highly effective teachers and an involved and supportive parent community contribute to a learning environment that is safe and respectful, offering each student a variety of opportunities to succeed.
